Week 17 - Project 365
Day 113- While playing outside today - the girls found this little nest up in a tree.
Day 114 - Sometimes you just have to look over your shoulder and beauty is right there! The evening view from my back deck ...
Day 115- Flight 81 arrived safely into BWI ... we're thankful that Grammy and Uncle T are here to help us celebrate Thanksgiving.
Day 116 - Our Thanksgiving bouquet.
Day 117 - Happy Thanksgiving 2010 ...
Day 118 - How nice to hear a story on the news this morning that had a happy ending. 3 teens found alive after being lost at sea for 50 days ... what a miraculous story of survival!
Day 119 - We braved the cold and visited the National Harbor in P.G. County Maryland. The lights and sights were quite beautiful (15 degrees warmer would have been nice though).

Celebrating 50 Years Together ...
When a surprise party is to honor 50 Years of Marriage - how can the afternoon not be fantastic. Family and friends - near and far - traveled to the Officer's Club at Fort Myers, Virginia to surprised this beautiful couple. I had a great time and by the end of the afternoon I felt like part of the family ...

Week 16 - Project 365
Day 106 - We're back after a beautiful weekend at the beach ... the salt air is always good for my soul.
Day 107 - It's hard to believe that I still have flowers blooming.
Day 108 - And then there was one ...
Day 109 - It was International Night at our elementary school. The highlight for my girls ... the bindi's from India (they went to bed still wearing them).
Day 110 - I missed the street that I was suppose to turn on and had to turn my car around in the parking lot of St. Francis of Assisi church ... I knew at once that I had my photo.
Day 111 - There is nothing like a tree swing to bring back childhood memories. I have admired this one for quite a while and I finally got the nerve to ask the owners if I could photograph it.
Day 112 - On my way home from a morning shoot I stopped by Roots to pick up a few things. The store front billboards are simply fantastic!

Week 15 - Project 365
Day 99 - This was painted for my daughter's 3rd birthday by my mother-in-law. All of her grandchildren now have an 'orginial Sims' as she says.
Day 100 - Wow! I can't believe that it's day 100. This was my view from the bus stop this afternoon - the evening sun was hitting the trees just right (thanks Day Light Savings Time).
Day 101 - Portugal: Nine Months of Winter and Three of Hell.
- Joao Pedro Marnoto
Breathing taking images from Road Show Projections in honor of FotoWeek DC.
Day 102 - I took Nat on a nature walk with afternoon and I found my picture. I almost missed it because this guys are very small - about the size of a thimble. I love pine cones - for some reason I always think of my Grandma Kerby when I see one.
Day 103 - Thank you to all the service men and women - then, now and tomorrow - my heart is truly grateful. Happy Veteran's Day 2010
Day 104 - I was having fun with a little night time photography. Our remaining leaves are even beautiful in the dark.
Day 105 - 'Touch Tanks' are the best. Everyone in my family (including me) loves to roll up our sleeves and explore.
