Mister "A" Turns 1!

What a cutie! This little guy was so good spirited and very easy going. The day was hot as could be and he never complained once. He has the most beautiful blue eyes ... watch out mom and dad he's going to be a heart breaker!

The "L" Family

What a fun session! I met this fun family at the Agriculture Farm Park --- the session was to celebrate this adorable little lad turning one! It was a hot - hot day but everyone was in good spirits. I'll post the birthday boy's photos tomorrow.

First Communion

I was asked to do some photos for this young ladies first communion and was disappointed that I couldn't photograph the actual communion (I was camping with my Girl Scout troop). So, I had to be satisfied with doing some photographs in my home studio. I've known this young lady for a couple of years now and it's been a pleasure knowing her and her family.

Day 329 - We came acrossed this soon-to-be moth ... this critter was both strange and interesting.

Mister "C"

Mister "C" ... what can I say this little lad is going to be a heart breaker! He definitely had his own ideas about our session. He wanted to be swaddled and in his dad's arms (dad was a pro and knew just how to keep his little boy happy)! We did manger to get a few pics without dad's hands but not many .... not that I'm complaining because I think we got some fantastic shots that day.

This new mom and dad welcomed their son into the world on Mother's Day this year - what a fantastic way for them to spend that special day. My new little friend was one of the cutest babies I've seen (yes it's true - I say that about all my little babies I get to photograph) but boy does he have the best lips ever! Like several of my other newborn sessions this year - this little man had his own ideas about being photograph ...

Week 46 - Project 365

Day 316 - Today it was a party for two lovely princesses ... I feel in love with these tasty treats.

Day 317 - I love dragonflies and found this one in my neighbors yard while I was watering their flowers.

Day 318 - There was a line a mile long today at Olivia's kindergarten end of the year for face painting.

Day 319 - Just another one of nature's masterpieces.

Day 320 - It's official ... getting off the bus today there was a 4th grader and right behind her is a 1st grader ... and summer begins!

Day 321 - Swing ... it was the first day of summer break.

Day 322 - It was a fantastic BBQ at the Hoff House ... I love the outdoor paint station for the kids! Thank you Marc & Elizabeth for a wonderful afternoon.

Little Miss "M"

What a sweet heart! This little lady was wide awoke during the first part of our session but she finally gave in to sleep which lead to some great shots. I used one of my 'fringe blankets' in the last two shots - it's my new favorite prop and I can't wait to try out the other colors that I made.
