Project 2012 - Week 39

Day 266 - It was open house today at Camp Edward on Cape Cod. As soon as I saw all the barbed wire I knew what my photo would be today --- but despite the harshness of this photo our day was great! As always I'm thankfully to all the service men and women who protect our beautiful country.
Day 267 - I refuse to pay the price of school photos when I can do just as good and for a fraction of the price.  Luckily my girls know the drill - smile nice and you are free to go about your business.
Day 268 - The change of seasons is upon us!
Day 269 - The inside of an old boat .... I do love the rustic feel of it all!
Day 270 - Sitting in the car waiting for daughter #2 to finish up ballet .... daughter #3 goofing off in the car did this to the wind shield of the car with her head. Thankfully more damage was done to the car then to her.
Day 271 - Driving past this spot I swung in just for this photo op.
Day 272 - I was at the Community Center today which has a lovely rose garden. Despite our cold and rainy weather the roses are all still beautiful.

Future Mr. & Mrs.

Ridgevale Beach in Chatham is such a beautiful location  and the perfect back drop for this  future Mr. & Mrs.  The day was windy  so keeping hair flowing in the right direction and avoiding the harsh sun was a huge challenge.   What a wonderful couple - I wish them all the best for their up coming destination  wedding

Project 2012 - Week 38

Day 259 - My Girl Scout Troop helped carrie a chain of 100 random acts of kindness in the Harwich Cranberry Festival Parade.
Day 260 - I  found this bubble left over from blowing bubbles this morning with my kiddo.
Day 261 - This place isn't looking so good!
Day 262 - Lonely boats on a rainy day.
Day 263 - Nothing stronger then a glass of white wine but boy is it well deserved! My work week has been crazy.
Day 264 -  had a little over an hour to myself while all 3 kiddo's were in school - so I took a little walk at Bank Street Beach in Harwichport.
Day 265 - Possibly the last one of the season?

ZooQuarium

For my daughter's birthday we went to the ZooQuarium in S. Yarmouth, MA.  It's the perfect place to visit for young families - it only takes a couple of hours to enjoy everything.

First Encounter

Wow what a great family.  I met this crew at First Encounter Beach in Eastham, MA in early August.  They were so much fun  to work with!  I'm learning that timing is everything with a beach session (an hour before sunset is best).

Project 2012 - Week 37

Day 252 - Despite the gray and rainy day this little yellow flower's color shines bright.
Day 253 - My beautiful baby ready and excited to head off to her first day of Pre-K.
Day 254 - American's are strong like the mighty oak and our spirits continue to prevail over the tragedy of 9/11/01. I'll never forget ...
Day 255 - Another day another beautiful sunrise
Day 256 - Gotta love sidewalk chalk!!!
Day 257 - The best place on the Cape to buy T-shirts and other gifts!
Day 258 - I wish I could have seen the owner of this bike ... the golf club kick stand cracks me up!
