ZooQuarium

 For my daughter's birthday we went to the ZooQuarium in S. Yarmouth, MA.  It's the perfect place to visit for young families - it only takes a couple of hours to enjoy everything.    

Nantucket

In June when my mom and uncle where visiting from Nevada - I took a day off work and went to Nantucket with them.  The island has so much charm and history --- it's one of my favorite spots.

Kennebunkport, ME

My father-in-law, Skip turned 70 last month and to celebrate the whole family spent a weekend in Kennebunkport, ME.  It was a foggy and wet weekend but we still had a great time.   I love the photo of my 3 girls and my nephew  -  it's hard to get a good photo of the four of them together!   I also loved watching the birthday boy throw a football around with his 4 grandchildren.

*For the lobster lovers out there ... the Chowder House has a great lobster roll.

Plymouth, MA

 

We had a great day in Plymouth, MA.  We enjoyed the Rock, the Mayflower and the Plantaion  - it all was fun.  My favorite part of the day ...  my first lobster roll at Cafe Nicole on the waterfront  - it was so yummy! 

Martha's Vineyard

 While my family was visiting for Thanksgiving from Nevada ... we played tourist here on Cape Cod.  We took the Woods Hole ferry to Martha's Vineyard for the afternoon and our favorite spot was Gay Head Clay Cliffs and Lighthouse.  We arrived just as the sun was starting to set and it was breathtaking!   I haven't decided which photo yet but I will definitely be printing one for my new studio space. 

Marconi Beach

Marconi Beach in Wellfleet, MA will leave you breathless - my photographs do this beautiful spot no justice.  I wasn't able to spend as much time here as I would have liked  - it was a little cold and the wind was blowing.  I will be revisiting this beautiful spot in the future though -   I'm thinking this would be the perfect location  for some engagement photos  ...   :)

Nauset Light Beach

 We discovered yet another beautiful beach here on Cape Cod - Nauset Light Beach in Eastham, MA.   I've heard that the warm weather we've been having is very unusual for this time of year  but we're loving it just the same.   Next time we visit I'll make sure to get some pictures of the lighthouse.
