Charlesworth/Jacobson - Reception Part 2

I took hundreds of photographs at the Charlesworth/Jacobson wedding ... and I mean hundreds (and that's not including the hundreds of photographs that Starr took)! There are so many other photographs that I could share but I think you all know by now what an incredible wedding it was!

Many thanks to my dear friend Starr Thompson (http://www.starrsphotography.blogspot.com/) - you are by far the best (and my favorite) photographer to work with and I can't wait to work together again!

Thank you to Wynter, Allan, Hayli & Colby Charlesworth for opening up your home to us and for all the transportation! You guys are the best ... thank you for everything.

Most importantly - thank you and congratulations to Brandon and Megan Jacobson! May your marriage be blessed with love, laughter and much happiness.

Charlesworth/Jacobson - Reception part 1

The reception was at the historic Stolte Apple Packing Shed in Cedaredge, CO. Once Mr. & Mrs. Jacobson arrived - the first thing on the agenda was to eat! Followed by drinks and dessert ... I can testify that everything was delicious!

Week 31 - Project 365

PROJECT 365 - A PHOTO A DAY FOR A FULL YEAR

Day 211 - I'm exhausted - I spent the day with a bunch of Girl Scouts Selling cookies. So, I was looking for a 'quick' picture and looking for this weeks transportation theme. I found this semi-truck and the most interesting part to me was the underside.

Day 212 - I'm so excited - my studio is getting a new look and location.

Day 213 - My little friend at the bus stop let me take a couple pictures of her car before she started playing the 'drop and pick-up' game.

Day 214 - Everyday I watch this bus roll away with my two oldest but I know the Mr. Perez will not only get to school safely but home as well in the afternoon.

Day 215 - Well, I'm glad to see that it wasn't a car fire that caught my attention.

Day 216 - Just finishing up this weeks transportation theme ... I was trying to capture the evening train but Natalie fell and hit her head (she's okay) but we had to leave before I could get the photo I wanted (maybe next time).

Day 217 - Spring is my favorite time of year ... I'm so excited to see that it's finally on its way!

Charlesworth/Jacobson - The I Do's ..

The moment is finally here ... the ceremony went beautifully and two families are now joined forever! My favorite photo of the entire day ... the bride and her father just moments before walking down the isle. I asked Dad to give his little girl a kiss on the check (both were already on the verge of tears) ... the kiss didn't but what I did get was a whole lot better!

Charlesworth/Jacobson pre-Ceremony

On December 18th we met our beautiful bride bright and early as she started getting ready for her upcoming wedding. The morning flew by and before we knew it we were at the United Methodist Church in Delta, CO preparing for a wedding. While Starr photographed the ladies and I went off to photograph the groom and groomsmen. Knowing how to pin on a buttoneer is a must ... I think pinned on 5 or 6 of them that afternoon.

Charlesworth/Jacobson - the Rehearsal

At long last I'm getting around to posting my December wedding. When photographing a wedding I like to also photograph the wedding rehearsal for a couple of reasons. One, you get to meet everyone -- learn names and so on. And secondly (and most importantly) you get to see your venue and if there are any problems you can solve them before the big day. Most photographer are not invited to join the family for the rehearsal dinner but Starr and I were treated like family the entire time we were in Delta!
I just had to include a picture of Cinnamon ( the brides precious cat) - can you believe that Cinnamon is 22 years old!
