Loved this new little one! We did his photo session on probably the hottest day this summer ... despite the heat he was a trooper. I'll be posting part 2 tomorrow.

Project 2012 - Week 30
Day 203 - I found the perfect pool for fairies ...
Day 204 - This evening I met a wonderful family visiting the Cape. This is the view from their rental property ... amazing!Day 205 - Along with Dandelions & Dragonflies .... I love photographing fungus. Each one is so different and unique. This one looked like a sea creature that was a little on the angry side.
Day 206 - Just another treasure I found in the yard.
Day 207 - Our pumpkins are starting to flower!
Day 208 - It's a long way down! (not really but it does look like it).
Day 209 - A foggy day on Oster Pond in Chatham.

The "H" Family
This wonderful family was visiting Cape Cod from Chicago last month. We met at 7:30am at Skaket Beach in Orleans, MA. The sun was already too high in the sky and the beach was windy to say the least. We had a great time though ... I love it when I leave a session and I've made some new friends.

Nantucket
In June when my mom and uncle where visiting from Nevada - I took a day off work and went to Nantucket with them. The island has so much charm and history --- it's one of my favorite spots.

Project 2012 - Week 27
Day 182 - Any one need an oar?
Day 183 - Well, this should have been a photo of fireworks but my family couldn't wait for me to get off of work and so I was left behind.
Day 184 - With my in-laws staying right next door I haven't seen my children in days (of course working 3 jobs doesn't help). Anyways, I got to spend a couple of hours this morning with my little sea cookies ... now it's off to work.
Day 185 - While watching the 4th of July (and Chatham's 300th) Day Parade I couldn't help but notice all the folks wearing blue shirts in memory of State Trooper Weddleton. Sadly he was killed earlier this year by not one but by two drunk drivers. Be safe everyone!
Day 186 - Certainly not my best photo ... I worked my usually afternoon job and was suppose to have my evening free but got called into my other job. I didn't get home until 10:30 pm and this is the last thing I saw before going to bed.
Day 187 - I spy with my little eye 3 blue robin's eggs.
Day 188 - Some of the items donated for this Girl Scout 100th Birhtday exhibit belonged to Charlotte Sims (my husband's grandmother).
